Medical detox facility

Medical Detox

Our medical detox program provides round-the-clock physician supervision to ensure safe, comfortable withdrawal management. Using medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols tailored to each substance, our medical team monitors vital signs continuously, manages symptoms proactively, and prepares you for the next phase of care. Most detox stays last 3 to 7 days depending on substance type and individual health factors.

Substances we manage during detox include alcohol, opioids, heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine, benzodiazepines, and prescription stimulants. Our nursing staff maintains a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio during the acute withdrawal phase.

Residential treatment

Residential Treatment

Our residential program runs 30 to 90 days and provides full immersion in a structured recovery environment. Each resident receives an individualized treatment plan that combines evidence-based clinical modalities with our community-meeting-driven daily structure. Morning community meetings set the tone, peer mentorship builds daily accountability, and evening house meetings close each day with reflection and goal-setting.

Residents participate in individual counseling, group therapy, CBT, trauma-focused CBT, adventure therapy, art therapy, and physical wellness activities including yoga and equine-assisted therapy. Our 67-bed facility ensures a focused, supportive community where every person is known by name.

Outpatient session

Outpatient Program

Our outpatient and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) are designed for individuals stepping down from residential care or those whose clinical needs allow them to live at home while receiving treatment. IOP clients attend 9 to 12 hours of programming per week, including CBT sessions, group therapy, relapse prevention workshops, and individual counseling.

Standard outpatient clients meet 2 to 3 times per week for ongoing therapy, medication management, and peer support. All outpatient schedules are built around work, school, and family commitments so recovery integrates with daily life rather than disrupting it.

Dual diagnosis

Dual Diagnosis

Research shows that approximately 50% of people with a substance use disorder also have a co-occurring mental health condition such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder. Treating one without the other leads to incomplete outcomes. Our dual diagnosis program integrates psychiatric evaluation, medication management, EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, and addiction counseling into a single coordinated treatment plan.

Our psychiatric team and addiction counselors collaborate daily to adjust care in real time, ensuring that both conditions are addressed simultaneously rather than sequentially. This integrated approach produces significantly better long-term recovery rates.

A Day in Treatment
